Can I save my PC build configuration?

Yes! If you create an account, you can save multiple PC builds, name them, and access them later. This makes it easy to compare different configurations or continue building where you left off.

Are all components compatible with each other?

Our configurator filters out the majority of incompatible components automatically based on your selections. However, there may be some instances where items are not fully compatible. If you are unsure about compatibility, or notice anything that does not look right, please get in touch with our support team.

Do you offer custom PC building services?

Yes, we build all custom PCs in-house with professional assembly, testing, and quality assurance. Every PC comes with warranty and free UK delivery.

How long does it take to build and deliver my PC?

Standard builds take 7-9 Working Days and our Fast Track service takes 2-3 Working Days. Every system is fully tested before dispatch and shipped with free tracked delivery.

What warranty do custom PCs come with?

All custom PCs come with a 1 year return-to-base warranty covering parts, diagnostics, and labour on repairs (excluding user damage, software issues, and hardware misuse). We build and test every system in-house at Computer Orbit.

Can I upgrade my PC later?

Absolutely! All our custom PCs are built with standard components that can be upgraded in the future. You can upgrade your graphics card, add more RAM, expand storage, or even upgrade your CPU when needed.

Do you offer finance options?

Yes, we accept PayPal which includes PayPal Credit for spreading the cost of your custom gaming PC. Finance options are available at checkout for qualifying orders.
